About the Role:

We are looking for a Training Lead with WalkMe Implementation experience to join our team on a remote contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in digital adoption platforms, training facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead WalkMe implementation projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support successful adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective WalkMe solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and optimize WalkMe use cases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with WalkMe Implementation.
• Experience as a Training Lead or in a similar training/project management role.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Enable Now experience is a plus.
