Key Responsibilities
- Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Identify and engage with tech companies, startups, and enterprises to promote job postings on Skillcef’s platform.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, including HR heads and talent acquisition teams.
- Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard companies for job postings.
- Pitch Skillcef’s AI-powered assessments and pre-verified talent pools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Market Insights:
- Research hiring trends in the tech industry and identify key pain points that Skillcef can address.
- Act as the voice of the customer to improve product offerings.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding job posting and partnership targets.
- Negotiate contracts and secure partnerships that drive mutual success.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in recruitment, HR tech, or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and its hiring needs.
- Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, compelling manner.
- Mindset:
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a hunter’s mentality.
