In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with technology-focused enterprises, showcasing the value of Skillcef’s skill assessment platform, and helping them connect with pre-vetted talent pools. This is a unique opportunity to work in the recruitment technology space, solving critical hiring challenges for fast-growing tech companies.



Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach & Relationship Building:
  • Identify and engage with tech companies, startups, and enterprises to promote job postings on Skillcef’s platform.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, including HR heads and talent acquisition teams.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard companies for job postings.
  • Pitch Skillcef’s AI-powered assessments and pre-verified talent pools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Market Insights:
  • Research hiring trends in the tech industry and identify key pain points that Skillcef can address.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to improve product offerings.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding job posting and partnership targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure partnerships that drive mutual success.



Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in recruitment, HR tech, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and its hiring needs.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Mindset:
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a hunter’s mentality.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology to solve hiring challenges.
