About the Team:

Join the Microsoft Copilot Studio team, part of the Business & Industry Copilots group that powers Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI-driven agent solutions. The team builds Azure-based, scalable, secure, and reliable microservices to enable seamless creation and management of AI copilots.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, reliable, and secure code.
• Contribute to code reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Break down large projects into manageable tasks with accurate estimates.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for on-call monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate across teams and time zones to deliver features from concept to production.
• Stay updated on new technologies to enhance performance, observability, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (3+ yrs exp) or Master’s (2+ yrs exp) in CS or related field.
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Must pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every 2 years.
