Nova Staffs LLC is a growing staffing and recruiting tech company on a mission to build innovative platforms that transform the hiring experience. We are currently developing an recruitment and automation software to power the future of talent acquisition.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about software engineering, and want to work directly with company leadership while contributing to a real-world product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python, Java, or other programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery of features.
• Assist in improving software performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java (or other similar programming languages).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and basic cloud concepts.
• Familiarity with unit testing, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
