🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to build and scale high-performance data platforms powering enterprise-grade systems across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

This role goes beyond coding — you’ll work on complex distributed systems, solve real-world scalability challenges, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-grade solutions.

💻 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design and development of large-scale distributed systems
• Build and optimize high-performance backend services
• Own feature delivery from design → implementation → production support
• Perform deep debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Support teams to solve real customer problems
• Develop internal tools to improve debugging efficiency and system reliability
• Mentor engineers and drive best coding + testing practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable and resilient systems

• Languages: C / C++ / Golang
• Platforms: Linux, Windows
• Tools: GitHub, JIRA, Python-based testing frameworks
• Systems: Distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures
• Infrastructure: Virtualization (KVM, VMware, OpenStack), SaaS environments

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building large-scale distributed systems
• Excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on expertise with tools like GDB, debuggers, performance profilers
• Deep understanding of:
• Microservices architecture
• System design & scalability
• Data-intensive applications
• Ability to diagnose complex production issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with data platforms / data management systems (preferred)
