Location: Remote (USA)

Time Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week (with potential to scale to full-time)

Compensation: Equity (0.5%–2%) with standard vesting (4 years, 1-year cliff)

GoFlyy is redefining how people shop and return clothing. We’re a logistics and retail-tech startup on a mission to remove friction from online shopping and help people feel joy in what they wear. Our AI-powered concierge model lets customers try before they buy—and ensures returns don’t pile up in warehouses, but are intelligently routed for restock, donation, or recycling.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Engineer to architect and build the platform behind our delivery and try-on experience. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder and own critical decisions about our stack, infrastructure, and product roadmap. This is a builder’s role—with a clear path to CTO or technical co-founder as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build core systems: routing engine, customer dashboard, brand portal, and AI/LLM integrations
• Work closely with product and ops to design scalable, intuitive features
• Define and prioritize the MVP roadmap—and iterate fast based on real feedback
• Set development standards and own dev ops (for now)
• Build a foundation for future technical hires and long-term scale

You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Have 5+ years of full-stack experience (React, Node.js, Firebase, AWS, or similar)
• Have built logistics, marketplace, or retail tech platforms
• Are curious and comfortable working with or around AI/LLM integrations
• Thrive in 0–1 environments, with high autonomy and accountability
• Communicate clearly and love collaborating across product, ops, and leadership
• Are looking to grow into a CTO or co-founder role at a high-impact startup
